The Ontario Energy Board has published new prices for the “Regulated Price Plan” (RPP) Effective May 1, 2010, Residential RPP consumers pay 6.5 cents per kilowatt hour (kWh) for the first 600 kWh’s each month, and 7.5 cents per kWh for electricity used per month over this amount.
