Cornerstone Hydro Electric Concept Association (CHEC) is an association of twelve (12) Local Distribution Companies (LDCs). The CHEC member LDCs have prepared this Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) Strategy as required by the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) in a collaborative initiative. The CDM Strategy presented in this document fulfils the CDM Code requirements for LDCs to file a CDM Strategy with the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) by November 1, 2010 covering the period of January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2014.
