Previous Years
Residential Rates for COLLUS Power Service Territory (Effective May 1, 2010)
Residential Customers are usually billed based on kilowatthour (kWh) consumption, using actual meter readings that determine the "Measured Consumption" for a period of about 30 days. An adjustment factor of 1.0750 is applied to "Measured Consumption" for consumption between May 1, 2010 through April 30, 2011 to determine the "Billed Consumption" for use in applying the appropriate rate.
